Valuable Information LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates Cut30.co. This policy covers cut30.co and our course and checkout pages at course.cut30.co. It explains what personal information we collect, why we use it, who receives it, and the choices available to you.
We collect information directly from you when you join a waitlist, enroll, make a purchase, contact us, or choose marketing preferences. We also collect information automatically through cookies and similar technologies and receive information from service providers that help operate Cut30.
When optional tracking is allowed by your privacy choices and applicable requirements, a personalized link in a Cut30 email may connect visits and interactions on our website and course checkout to the email recipient. We use a random identifier in the link rather than putting your email address in it. We may also connect activity to an email address you submit through a form. This helps us understand course interest and measure marketing effectiveness. A forwarded personalized link may associate activity with the original recipient; it does not verify who is browsing.
Some visitors reach us through a partner or affiliate referral link, which adds a referral code to the page address, or use a partner’s discount code. When optional tracking is allowed, we record the referral code with your visit. If you then submit your email through a form on this browser, we connect that referral to your email address so we can credit and pay the partner who referred you, including for purchases you make later or on another device with that email.
Depending on where you live and the purpose involved, we rely on your consent, performance of a contract, compliance with law, or our legitimate interests in operating, securing, and improving Cut30. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing that occurred before withdrawal.
We use a necessary cookie to remember your privacy choice. We also use cookie-free analytics from Humblytics. With permission where required, we use analytics and advertising cookies, pixels, and similar technologies from providers that may include Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, Meta, X, and Klaviyo.
Our first-party visitor analytics use the same saved cookie preference on cut30.co and course.cut30.co, without asking again at checkout. Where the law requires prior consent, including the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Quebec, and Brazil, optional tracking stays off unless you accept it, closing the notice rejects optional cookies, and you can still access checkout. Elsewhere, including the United States, analytics and advertising cookies are on by default and you can opt out at any time. The link in the cut30.co footer (labeled “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” in the United States and “Cookies” elsewhere) lets you change your choice. We disclose information to service providers that host the site, store data, process payments, deliver forms and course access, send communications, provide analytics, and support advertising. These providers may include Vercel, Supabase, Kajabi, Humblytics, Klaviyo, Google, Meta, X, and payment processors. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a merger, financing, or sale of the business.
If you were referred by a partner or affiliate, that partner may be told that the referral led to a sign-up or purchase and may see the details needed to confirm their commission, such as your name or email address, what you bought, and when.
We do not exchange personal information for money. Some privacy laws define advertising disclosures through cookies and pixels as “sharing,” “sale,” or processing for targeted advertising even when no money changes hands. You can opt out through the privacy link in the site footer or, in US states whose laws recognize it, a supported Global Privacy Control signal.

We keep personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including providing services, maintaining business and consent records, resolving disputes, and meeting legal obligations. The cookie that records your privacy choice expires after approximately six months unless renewed or deleted. When optional tracking is allowed, our first-party visitor cookie lasts up to about 400 days and is renewed when you return. Where prior consent is required, including the EU and UK, it lasts at most 13 months from your first visit and is not renewed. Referral records are kept as long as needed to calculate, pay, and verify partner commissions and to maintain business records. If you ask us to delete your tracking data, we also remove the referral tags linked to your email; records of commissions already credited or paid are kept as business records.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no online system can be guaranteed completely secure. Cut30 and its providers may process information in the United States and other countries that may have different data protection laws than your home country. Cut30 is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review and delete it as appropriate.
